Health Data Policy

Prixini Private Limited (“PRIXINI,” “we,” “us”) operates an AI-powered longevity, preventive-healthcare, and biological-intelligence platform across our website and iOS and Android apps. This Health Data Policy explains how we handle your health data with special care.

“Health Data” means information about your physical or mental health, body, and wellness — including reports, images, metrics, and self-reported details. Because this information is sensitive, protecting it is fundamental to how we build PRIXINI. This policy supplements our Privacy Policy; where they address the same topic, both apply, and the more specific and protective provision governs.

You may voluntarily provide the following, only when you choose to use a feature that needs it:

To operate and secure the Services, we also collect certain technical information automatically:

• Device information, app version, and operating system;
• Crash logs and performance metrics;
• IP address and approximate country;
• Browser information, language, and time zone;
• Anonymous or aggregated analytics and session data.

This information is technical and is used for reliability, security, and product improvement rather than to make health inferences on its own.

We collect and process Health Data to:

• Provide your Biological Age;
• Calculate your Longevity Score;
• Generate AI insights and personalized recommendations;
• Track your progress and trends over time;
• Support preventive-health analysis and education;
• Improve your experience and the product;
• Provide customer support;
• Fix bugs and maintain reliability;
• Prevent fraud and secure the Services;
• Conduct research using only anonymized data;
• Comply with legal obligations.

We use AI to process Health Data and generate insights, scores, and recommendations.

We protect Health Data using layered, enterprise-grade safeguards designed to be appropriate to its sensitivity, including:

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and encryption at rest where applicable;
• Access controls, authentication, and role-based access;
• Audit logging and monitoring;
• Secure, reputable cloud infrastructure and database protection;
• Regular security reviews;
• Backups and recovery procedures;
• An incident-response process.

We share data only in limited circumstances, with parties bound to protect it:

• Cloud providers — to host and run the Services;
• Authentication providers — for secure sign-in;
• Analytics providers — for aggregated, privacy-respecting insights;
• Payment providers — to process subscriptions (they do not receive your Health Data);
• Legal authorities — only when legally required;
• Professional advisors — such as legal, audit, and accounting, under confidentiality;
• Business transfers — in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this policy.

Vendors are contractually required to protect your data and use it only as instructed.

We retain Health Data only as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate, lawful purposes. You may request deletion at any time. Certain records may be retained for longer where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent fraud and abuse.

You can exercise control over your Health Data. You may:

• View your health data;
• Correct inaccuracies;
• Update your information;
• Delete information;
• Export your information;
• Withdraw consent;
• Request account deletion;
• Request data portability;
• Request restriction of certain processing.

PRIXINI is not intended for children under the applicable legal age (18 in India, unless a higher local threshold applies). Where processing a child’s data is permitted, it requires verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian. We do not knowingly collect children’s Health Data without such consent.

Your Health Data may be processed on secure cloud infrastructure located outside India, where legally permitted. When we transfer data internationally, we apply appropriate safeguards designed to keep it protected consistent with this policy and applicable law.

In the future, PRIXINI may support connections to health and fitness platforms and devices, such as:

• Apple Health;
• Google Health Connect;
• Google Fit;
• Wearables, smart watches, smart scales, and fitness trackers.

These connections will always be opt-in. You control which permissions you grant and can revoke them at any time in the app or your device settings. Data obtained through Apple Health or Google Health Connect will be used only for the features you enable and will never be sold or used for advertising.

We may use anonymized and aggregated information to improve our AI, health insights, and the overall product. This information is stripped of details that identify you. We do not sell personally identifiable information, and we do not use identifiable Health Data for research without an appropriate lawful basis.

When you delete your account:

• Deleted promptly — your profile, uploaded documents and images, health inputs, AI conversations, and generated insights and scores are deleted or de-identified from active systems within a reasonable period;
• Backups — residual copies may remain in secure backups for a limited time before being overwritten;
• Retained where required — limited records (for example, transaction and tax records, or information needed to resolve disputes or meet legal obligations) may be retained for the period required by law.

We maintain procedures to detect, investigate, and respond to security incidents and personal-data breaches. If a breach affects your personal data, we will take appropriate steps to contain and remediate it and will notify you and the relevant authorities where required by law and within applicable timelines.

We may update this Health Data Policy as our Services and legal obligations evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Please review this policy periodically — your continued use of the Services means you accept the current version.
